Ingredients and seasonings:
1 bunch broccoli
2 tablespoons white sesame
2 tablespoons black sesame
1 carrot
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
250gr Tuna fillets, cut to taste
How to Cook Tuna Sesame:
  • Clean all vegetable ingredients such as broccoli and carrots.
  • Sliced broccoli and carrots to taste, then set aside.
  • Cut the tuna that has been cleaned up into several parts.
  • Further stir white sesame and black sesame.
  • Combine tuna with sesame up evenly, and set aside.
  • Furthermore, heat the olive oil, tuna fish fry until the color becomes brown, and set aside.
  • Next sauteed carrots and broccoli, add soy sauce to taste, and stir-fry until cooked.
  • Serve with vegetables Sesame Tuna.
  • Recipe enough for 2 servings.
